How do I sign up for TeleClasses?Click the "Buy Now" button on for the teleclass(es) you wish to attend. Complete the registration and payment information and click "Submit". If you are registering for more than one class, go back to the TeleClass listing page and click the "Buy Now" button for the next class you wish to attend. Repeat this step for each individual class you plan to attend. The "Thank You" page confirms your successful registration of the class. Check your email to get an e-mail confirmation notice for each teleclass you registered to attend with all the teleclass details. Is there a cost to attend a TeleClass?Yes, please visit the TeleClass Schedule to view the price for each teleclass. How and when will I get the phone number to call into the TeleClass I registered for?After you register for a TeleClass, you will receive an e-mail confirmation notice for each class you registered to attend with all teleclass information.Important Note: If you have E-mail Spam Filtering, please add TeleClass@WorkLifePrinciples.com to your "friends" or "safe" list now so you are able to receive email from us. What should I do if I am unable to attend a TeleClass?Classes are limited in size, so all we ask is that you do not register for a class that you are not sure you can attend. If you cannot attend a TeleClass that you have registered for, please phone us 24 hours prior to the TeleClass to re-schedule after you have reviewed the schedule to select your new TeleClass date. Please also view the Refund Policy. Can you register me for a TeleClass?We can register you for a TeleClass. However, for your security, we use PayPal so you'll NEVER have to share your credit card information with us. You will receive an email with payment instructions. Payment must be made the day before the TeleClass to ensure you receive the emailed teleconference dialing instructions and other materials which you may need before the TeleClass.
How do I get the phone number for a TeleClass if I can't find the e-mail or I deleted it?Our system sends out an initial e-mail with TeleClass information so please check your e-mail files again. You may find the information still in your "junk mail", "deleted items" or your "recycle bin".Important Note: If you have E-mail Spam Filtering, please add TeleClass@WorkLifePrinciples.com to your "friends" or "safe" list now so you are able to receive email from us.As a last resort, please phone us (888-456-8886 x22) so that we can confirm your registration and provide you with TeleClass information. Do I need to register for each individual TeleClass? Yes. TeleClasses are limited in size and are conducted on different teleconference numbers and access codes. Participants must sign up for each individual TeleClass. See “TeleClass Schedule” to select each teleclass and specific time requested.
What time would the class be for me if I were in a time zone other than Eastern Time (ET)?All classes are in Eastern Time (New York time). You can go to www.timeanddate.com to convert the time to your time zone. |
