On a Personal Note:

"In my worklife, I have screened, interviewed and hired literally hundreds of thousands of job candidates. Many times, I wished I could have answered the job candidates' inquiries of why they didn't get the job or how they could get in the driver's seat of managing their own careers rather than the company calling all the shots. If only I could have coached them to their worklife greatness!

So I decided to focus my work on doing just that - coaching individuals one-to-one and in group settings to help job seekers achieve satisfaction and success in their careers. And I consider it an honor to walk along with my clients on their worklife journey. I look forward to helping you discover your ideal worklife too."

Customer Testimonials

"Recently I was at a crossroad in my career.  I needed to decide if I was to remain on a safe and comfortable path or venture out and toward new horizons.   I had an interview set up and was very nervous.  While I have over 25 years in my field and consider myself marketable, I am also over 45 and somewhat insecure in this "youth" driven work environment.  It had been quite sometime since my last interview and I must say I was very nervous.  I met with Marschelle on a few occasions; as I did my confidence grew... I realized that while youth may not be on my side, Marschelle was.  I am happy to say that with her coaching and guidance the position was mine from the moment I sat down.  Not only did I know what to say, I also knew what not to say.  I walked away from the interview knowing that I would get the proposal......and I did.....I am off to a new career starting this week...Thank you Marschelle.  Not only are you my career coach, you are my life coach."

"Let me first say that Marschelle  [is] an amazing and inspiring speaker, educator, and advocate.  I had the pleasure of collaborating with her at the University of Arkansas...  I served as a Student Development Specialist for a TRIO program that served First Generation and Low Income students.  Anytime my students needed intense one-on-one coaching & assistance on their career & life skills, I could always refer them to Marschelle and THEY LOVED HER!!

Marschelle has a unique and impressive way of connecting with people, giving them the tools they need, and empowering them to take control of their lives.  One of my students, in particular, was so inspired by her that he implemented a campus program for his fraternity entitled “From Bookbags to Briefcases” with the assistance of Marschelle.  It was an amazing program that gave students practical tips on transitioning from college to the real world.  I would definitely recommend her organization!!!"
